On the 20th anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attacks, the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) is paying tribute to our nation’s heroes with a powerful message on national TV.
The spot saluting warfighters who served before, during and after 9-11 will be featured during the Sept. 11 Air Force vs. Navy game on CBS and Army vs. Western Kentucky on CBS Sports Network.
Narrated by Exchange Director/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Tom Shull, the message was created and produced in-house by Corporate Communication’s Digital Media Networks team.
The Air Force vs. Navy game kicks off at 2:30 p.m. Central; Army vs. Western Kentucky kicks off at 10:30 a.m. Central.
2021 marks the fourth year the Exchange has sponsored Air Force Athletics and Army West Point Sports. Ads reminding veterans of their life-long Exchange benefit will air regularly throughout the college football season.
